Course Description:
This 4-week course is
open to anyone interested in learning more about gratitude, the positive impact
gratitude can have on one’s well-being, and how to start building a lasting
gratitude practice.
In addition to the structured material, each session will
provide the space and opportunity for participants to share their own
insights/experiences from their own gratitude practice.
Learning Goals:
- Learn about the science behind gratitude
- Explore impact of gratitude on well-being
- Challenge misconceptions of gratitude, and learn how to navigate obstacles associated with gratitude
- Practice different techniques of practicing gratitude and learn starting steps of building a lasting gratitude practice
