The course will explore how resilience shows up in everyday life and how individuals can strengthen their ability to cope, adapt, and stay grounded through life’s challenges. It offers practical tools, opportunities for self-reflection, and space to build self-awareness and recognize personal strengths to support emotional wellness and recovery.
Course Materials:
- Objective 1: To understand the concept of resilience and how it applies to everyday challenges and emotional wellness.
- Objective 2: To learn practical strategies and tools for managing stress, staying grounded, and protecting emotional energy.
