The Family Caregiver Education program is designed for families and caregivers in York Region who want to better understand mental illness and support their loved ones. This program helps participants build knowledge, reduce stress, connect with others facing similar challenges, and access valuable resources. Learn how to support informed treatment decisions, explore the impact of stigma, and become part of a supportive network.
