Course Description:
Join Jared Big Canoe of the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation for a meaningful workshop exploring mental health through an Indigenous lens. Learn traditional approaches to self-care, self-healing, and walking a good path. Jared will share teachings, stories, and cultural tools, including his drum, to deepen understanding and connection.
