Course Description:
A shadow work course is a guided journey into the hidden parts of yourself; the emotions, beliefs, patterns, and past experiences you may suppress, avoid, or unconsciously carry. Through self-reflection, emotional awareness, and healing practices, participants learn how to recognize their triggers, understand unconscious behaviors, and integrate wounded or rejected aspects of themselves with compassion.
