Course Description:
Everyone has “stuff” and if it’s not managed clutter can result. For some, it can be difficult to function and enjoy one’s home when surrounded by clutter. In addition to causing safety risks, clutter can also impact one’s mental health and wellbeing. Being able to manage one’s home environment may reduce stress and anxiety symptoms as well as improve low mood. This course is intended for anyone living with clutter, or a supporter, who wants to learn more about it and strategies to manage it.
Course Objectives:
- Objective 1: Participants will learn what contributes to clutter.
- Objective 2: Participants will be aware of strategies to manage clutter and maintain cleared spaces
Resources:
Community decluttering resources will be shared.
