Course Description:
The DBT Skills for Real Life: Distress Tolerance course introduces practical distress tolerance skills from DBT(Dialectical Behavior Therapy) that can help individuals cope with overwhelming emotions, stress, crises, and difficult situations without making things worse. Participants will learn how to tolerate emotional discomfort, respond effectively during crisis, and build healthier coping strategies for everyday life.
