Course Description:
DBT Skills for Real Life: Mindfulness is a practical, skills-based course that teaches core DBT mindfulness tools to help you stay present, grounded, and in control. No prior experience needed, just come as you are and learn simple, effective strategies to manage stress, emotions, and daily life with greater clarity and ease. No therapy experience is required. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in autopilot, this course offers accessible practices to help you build clarity, emotional balance, and a more meaningful connection to your life.
