Job Role: Peer Support Worker
Course Description:
This is a 6 week Recovery College group that is designed to support participants in developing practical life skills that promote mental wellness, confidence, independence, and recovery. The group will provide a safe and supportive peer based environment where participants can learn, reflect, and build skills together.
The program will focus on everyday wellness strategies including routine building, time management, communication skills, stress management, self-esteem, and goal setting. Sessions will incorporate group discussion, interactive activities, and peer support to encourage engagement and personal growth.
