Course Description:
This course will use simple photo prompts to support mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and connection, no photography experience required and phones are welcome. Through gentle education and group reflection, participants explore personal meaning, notice moments of calm and joy, and build practices they can carry into daily life.
Course Objectives:
- Objective 1: Increase self-awareness and emotional wellbeing through reflective photo-taking
- Objective 2: Strengthen social connection through shared, supportive discussion
- Objective 3: Build simple, sustainable habits for noticing and supporting mental health in everyday life
