Support for Anxiety
Support for Anxiety helps individuals who are experiencing or have experienced anxiety, either on their own or in conjunction with other mental illnesses, such as OCD. This group gives individuals experiencing anxiety an opportunity to share experiences in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere so they can support each other and develop coping skills. These free anxiety support group sessions are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experiences of anxiety.
Support For Depression
Support for Depression helps individuals who are experiencing or have experienced depression, either on their own or in conjunction with other mental illnesses, such as bipolar disorder. This group gives individuals experiencing depression an opportunity to share experiences in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere so they can support each other and develop coping skills. These free depression support group sessions are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experiences of depression.
